Based in Surbiton, Surrey, I bring my extensive expertise as a professional portrait photographer to creating a beautiful newborns gallery, storytelling wedding photography, and natural family portraits. I offer coverage across Surrey and South West London.
For the past 10 years, I've specialised in the art of newborn photography, covering Surrey and South West London. I've had the privilege to pose hundreds of newborns safely and skilfully, including many sets of twins, often along with their lovestruck parents and well-behaved pets. Whether it's in my home photography studio in Surbiton, Surrey, or bringing the photography studio to my clients' homes for extra convenience, capturing these precious moments is a joy!
With over 20 years of experience of offering storytelling wedding photography, I offer coverage both in and around Surrey, London, and Hampshire. I also love travelling further afield to cover Destination Weddings, both across the UK and abroad. It's heartening to be asked to photograph weddings for past newborn photography couples who have already experienced my work, providing a personal and ongoing touch to their family's journey. Little ones are the best when seeing their parents being married – it’s really a giant dressing up session for them!

I’m originally from Aberdeen in Scotland although I’ve lived in London and now Surrey with my husband, two girls, and gorgeous Cocker Spaniel for a far too long. My background prior to having my family was in Editorial photography, capturing celebrities and fashion, ensures that posing is natural and quick – no stiffness here!

Gill was the best! We got gifted a newborn photoshoot for our two week old boy and the experience exceeded our expectations. Gill made everything very easy to arrange- clearly very accustomed to working with tired new parents! She came to our home for the shoot and created a relaxed, yet fun environment. Her environment is contagious. She was super professional and her commitment to her craft and clients was evident throughout the day and when we received the beautiful photos. It is obvious that Gill loves what she does and is brilliant at it. We loved the experience and the photos!
